Решил выскачить на часик и расписать свои мысли о клане =) Как вы там? нормально все? как поживает клан?

Ну собственно перейдем к делу =)
Давайте подумаем, почему в клан никто не идет? Есть 2 типа людей, тех кто стремится к топам и те кто хочет спокойного домашнего клана. Первые попадаются во всех диапазонах уровней, почему? Потому что им все равно на кланы, главное "Памагите ежу сделать", "убейте мне боса!" и все, им клан особо и не нужен, главное прокачаться до аки топов и вступить в нее, а дальше и в сами топы. Вторые обычно растаскиваются до наших диапазонов уровней, ибо мы не один такой клан, и по этому на нашей планке приема они уже осаживаются на других кланах. И судя по новостям объеденения предтопов, это говорит о том что народа на сервере давольно мало и никто к ним не идет, а что уже говорить про нас? Следовательно предлогаю понизить планку до набора 50+, возможно даже ниже. Но 50+ - это куча головной боли, крики "пАмАгИтЕ!!11", постоянные проблемы и прочее. По этому сразу и второе предложение - ограниченный набор скажем в 5 человек. С мира, не нужно человека гнать на сайт сразу же за уставом и прочее. Просто - не пкшить, не материтсо, остальное в уставе, просьба прочесть. 5 человек мало? Достаточно. Приняли 5 и наблюдаем. Особо неадекватных кикаем, освобождается место, берем нового на его место, получаем снова 5 человек. Те кто адекватен и более-менее прижился, и уходить явно не собирается, его вычеркиваем из списка "пяти" и берем на это место нового человека. Собственно вот придуманная мной схема набора, ибо на нашей планке народ либо торопится качаться в топы, либо уже в других семейных кланах.
